How does the order process work?

To place your order, simply follow these steps:

1. Select your favourite design
2. Choose your preferred size
3. Enter the number of names
4. Type in the names - and done! 

We’ll then create your personalized product and deliver it to you within 3–5 business days.

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order and payment are complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation and invoice via email. If you don’t see the email, please also check your spam folder.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. The estimated delivery date will be shown before you add your product to the cart.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on all orders over $50. If your order value is below that, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal or Shop Pay. Your security is our top priority, which is why we only use highly secure and encrypted payment systems.
