Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for distance or off-premises contracts concerning goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies, for example, to our personalized products. If this does not apply to your order, the following terms shall apply:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EasyCommerce GmbH, Delugstraße 7/2/3, 1190 Vienna, Austria, office@easy-commerce.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method other than the standard, least expensive option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods—whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
